That's fine. There is an argument for moving findutils'
findutils/lib/regexprops.c into gnulib (and hence making findutils an
ordinary downstream user of the module). However, I don't have a
very strong opinon about that.
(it shouldn't be too hard to get you
gnulib write access, if you need it).
I don't think maintainership of one module justifies it, for the
moment I will just continue to send patches. If I ever develop a
history of submitting gnulib patches that don't need improvement
before being submitted, then maybe it would be reasonable to revisit
the decision.
