It correctly detected the %F bugs in cygwin 1.5.24. However,
gnulib-tool --with-tests --test printf-posix
still failed with:

FAIL: test-printf-posix.sh
It looks like cygwin has the same %010f bug as BSD; I'll add that to my
list of newlib *printf improvements to make for cygwin 1.7.0:
$ printf '%010f\n' inf
0000000inf
- --
Don't work too hard, make some time for fun as well!
