I need stdint in libidn.

I need those in the core GnuTLS library, and they all seem to be marked
LGPLv2+ in the module files too.

Perhaps you can try and commit the changes, and I run gnulib-tool in all
my projects and see whether it refuses to copy some file (it should
refuse, right)?
