Should we go ahead and modify all of gnulib's m4/*.m4 scripts to add that
sentence?
You mean the copyright notices in the scripts themselves? Sure, it's
fine to do so, but it's nothing urgent, now or ever, as mentioned at:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#GNUAllPermissive
(The implication of the "same analysis applies" is that the old license
is fine.)
I will be adding a bit more text to maintain.texi about this, and
sending out a notice to gnu-prog and/or info-gnu, but I ran out of time
today and will be offline until Monday. Wanted to get the license
posted on license-list since a few people had been waiting for it.
