Thanks for the report.  Easy enough to fix; I'll push the below later today.

But thinking about it more, since every test module that ever [in]directly uses 
xalloc will have the same problem, would it be smarter to teach gnulib-tool to 
automatically add this line automatically instead of having to do it manually 
on a per-test basis?  I'm not sure how complex this would be to implement, but 
it would reduce the frequency of these broken build reports!
