[PATCH] maint: various whitespace cleanups in tempname |

Recent changes to the tempname module, introduced
whitespace inconsistencies that are triggering
issues in coreutils diffs generated against the new files.
* lib/tempname.c: Normalize spacing and line length.
* lib/tempname.h: Likewise.
* modules/tempname: Likewise.
