Umm, POSIX doesn't yet define NSIG:

But POSIX is proposing the standardization of NSIG_MAX (related to BSD's
_SIG_MAXSIG), and will allow for systems where NSIG is not always as
large as the possible maximum. So maybe that should affect this patch.
