I'm installing this on top of it.  It generated

lib_libbison_CPPFLAGS = $(AM_CPPFLAGS) -DDEFAULT_TEXT_DOMAIN=\"bison-gnulib\"

instead of

lib_libbison_a_CPPFLAGS = $(AM_CPPFLAGS) -DDEFAULT_TEXT_DOMAIN=\"bison-gnulib\"
