The Gnulib documentation regarding OpenBSD is out-of-date as well.
I'm doing this update:
2020-08-22 Bruno Haible <bruno@clisp.org>
doc: Update for OpenBSD 6.0, 6.7.
* doc/*/*.texi: Update.
* m4/printf.m4: Update comments and cross-compilation guesses.
* m4/ceill.m4: Update comments.
* m4/getcwd-abort-bug.m4: Likewise.
* m4/ilogb.m4: Likewise.
* m4/ilogbf.m4: Likewise.
* m4/langinfo_h.m4: Likewise.
* m4/modf.m4: Likewise.
* m4/modff.m4: Likewise.
The entire patch is at
https://git.savannah.gnu.org/gitweb/?p=gnulib.git;a=commitdiff;h=d17a87bd3c4a5911a43c1775bcf8b015da270ae9
