To who it may concern (cc Mohammad Akhlaghi, maintainer of Gnuastro),
I have bootstrapped Gnuastro (commit 1f8b3eed) with Gnulib (commit
5b3a6f94) and I get a segmentation fault when running 'missing makeinfo'
during the building of the info manual. Attached you can see the full
log output of a second run of 'make'. The configure step succeed. The
relevant line is:
/path-to-gnuastro/bootstrapped/build-aux/missing: line 81: 19375
Segmentation fault: 11 "$@"
Relevant information about my system:
macOS Big Sur Version 11.2.3 (20D91)
$ clang --version
Apple clang version 12.0.0 (clang-1200.0.32.29)
Target: x86_64-apple-darwin20.3.0
Thread model: posix
InstalledDir:
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/XcodeDefault.xctoolchain/usr/bin
$ xcodebuild -version
Xcode 12.4
Build version 12D4e
Thank you very much for the help and support.
All the best,
Raúl
