For the human reader this is no problem at all, of course, and probably almost
no
persons would notice the difference. For human eyes the difference is probably
less
than US-vs-UK words or spelling.
(FWIW: not sure if there is a legal implication if the license is not cited
100% ...)
It's just that comparison tools show the difference, and the copyright header
is a
prominent place. A one-time fix would possibly just avoid more future diversion
by copy-paste.
