modules alignalloc and propername-lite

Hi Paul,

When I run './check-copyright', I get (among other output) a small list
of inconsistencies:

What license did you intend for the 'alignalloc' module, when you added
it on 2022-01-23 ?

And what license did you intend for the 'propername-lite' module, on
2023-06-02 ?
