installing CVS gui can not find KeyBindings

installing CVS gui can not find KeyBindings |

For the last few weeks (months?) I always get the
following error:
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/wim/src/cvs/gui/KeyBindings'
/usr/GNUstep/System/Libraries/Resources/KeyBindings
make[1]: /usr/GNUstep/System/Libraries/Resources/KeyBindings: Command not found
make[1]: *** [/usr/GNUstep/System/Libraries/Resources/KeyBindings] Error 127
I have updated with cvs -z3 update -d, but this did not resolve it.
It is not really a problem, everything works but I would like to
know what I do wrong.
