- configuring with --disable-openssl does not work, because the
configure argument is not passed to the SSL/configure script?
- what can be done with libffi? This is interesting, because libffi
exists for platforms, where a ffcall does not exist (i.e. arm-linux)
which one takes precedence?
- .cvsignore files left in the tarball
