Fix: NSWindow, setFrameFromString and stringWithSavedFrame

Hi,

I noticed that GNUstep uses flipped coordinates for the frame string in  
-setFrameFromString and -stringWithSavedFrame.
On OpenStep the methods use normal coordinates.
The attached patch removes the flipping.
