In my eyes, the compatibility is in the names, not the values; it would 
be inappropriate for an app to rely (on a source level) on these 
constants having specific values. That also makes it ok to change the 
values, though, so we might as well use the OpenStep values.

However, this is a binary incompatible change so it can't be done now. 
I'm planning on adding a file to core/gui/ to track pending binary 
incompatible changes; when I do, I'll add this so that we'll remember to 
do it the next time we break binary compatibility.
