Follow-up Comment #3, bug #26409 (project gnustep):
In the upcoming version of ProjectCenter I have implemented a way to select
the make executable under windows. I think all guessowrk will never be really
correct. Also, even on unix, you might have different versions of make lying
around.
For the time being, you can insert something like
/g/GNUstep/bin/make.exe
and it should work afterwards.
(the same holds true for gdb, although the upcoming integrated debugger won't
work on windows)
