I tried it but applying patches many things will break, if you remember I
tried to apply patch from the 1.5.0.6 to 1.5.0.7 but the link rewritten
feature didn't work well even if the patch applied correctly. Unfortunately
many files have to be checked one by one.

This is a good idea, we need a script that cleans the original tree from
files we don't need; in any case it has to be updated on every release because
we don't know in advance if they will add new files we don't want to
distribute.
