Fixed by a14685c2833f7c28a427fecfaf146e0a861d94ba.
(To Karl: these bugs were all due to _our_ implementation).
Thank you for the bug report. This bug has been fixed in the
development sources, which can be downloaded using git from
git://git.sv.gnu.org/grep.git
