Hi
I just downloaded grep sources and was reading through the HACKING file. I
got to the point where it was mentioned that `Type const *p` should be
favoured to `const Type *p` and found a FIXME and I believe I fixed it :)
I've attached the patch(my first patch to GNU!)

PS: I believe that this is the right place to send patches, as it was
mentioned in HACKING that I should be sending them to the address listed in
--help output, and this was it.
