- changed to \- if it means an option or a minus
Space around | added
Space between >> and ~ added
extra small space (\, or \/) put between roman and italic characters
Word "Otion" changed to 'Option'
Two spaces reduced to one between words
A full stop (.), that begins or ends a string, protected with \&
Tilde (~) made bigger as it prints small in troff
Extra ".EX" changed to ".EE"
