[bug #42393] Incorrect unicode codes for tcommaaccent and Tcommaaccent characters in devpdf

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #42393 (project groff):

I believe this is due to the table in afmtodit.pl lines 163/4 contain the code
ending in "7". DEVPDF uses 'afmtodit.pl' to generate the U_* fonts during
installation.

I can prepare a patch for afmtodit if someone (Werner?) can confirm this is
the correct 'fix'. Of course this will only fix new installations, so afmtodit
by th user to fix existing U_* fonts.
