This is an idea I've kicked around for a while; the former set of three are
the only externally visible names used by _groff_ _mdoc_(7) that are more than
two characters long.

Per Ingo in comment #22 of bug #64018, collisions with existing uses of `Co`
are unlikely, and of `Cq` and `Cc` unknown.

The old _groff_ names would, of course, be retained as (mostly) undocumented
aliases.
