[bug #64869] [bjarnigroff] master branch, is the version from "nroff -v" always the same as from "groff -v"?

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #64869 (project groff):

  The difference is caused by using "make distclean" the most time and
then not, when no patch updates the "nroff" script.

  This report can be closed a "resolved".
