kenerel /vmlinuz root=/dev/ha1 ro hdd=ide-scsi
something like that should do the same thing as lilo, you can add any
kernel command line parameters you like:
kenerel /vmlinuz root=/dev/ha1 ro hdd=ide-scsi vga=ask aha152x=0x160,9
