pxeloader (nd)/startrom.n12
boot

Please also describe what exactly you see while trying to boot startrom.n12.

As for pxelinux, you may try to specify correct TFTP server and path by
executing "tftpserver" and "pxesetbf" commands.

You can also try compile pxegrub w/o UNDI driver support.
