[bug #26744] echo and hello hanging on iMac 8,1 efi platform

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #26744 (project grub):

Now have it working by making sure echo and hello are first in the list of
modules to put into the image usng grub-mkimage. There is presumably an
ordering issue but this is not clearly documented. Or is it a limit on image
size on an efi platform???
