[bug #29250] GRUB_HIDDEN_TIMEOUT may cause double timeout count

Follow-up Comment #2:

keystatus (shift pressed on boot) may be misdetected if BIOS puts garbage to
BDA. To avoid system stalling for user input we have that code. If you want to
have the behaviour you want just set GRUB_TIMEOUT to -1.
