[bug #34840] grub 1.99 fails to detect FAT filesystem on EFI Partition

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #34840 (project grub):

I attached the first 32K of the sda1 partition. I used dd version 8.12

dd if=/dev/sda1 of=sda1 bs=1K count=32

I also checked that the sda41 partition as seen by the linux kernel starts at
the sector 40. I can get the exact same file using:

dd if=/dev/sda of=sda1- bs=512 count=64 skip=40
