[bug #35449] gfxmenu: show_text property ignored for the progressbar component

Follow-up Comment #1:

"show_text" was never in the official GRUB code. "text" is used for this and
other uses. show_text=false is the same as text="". show_text=true is
text="@TIMEOUT_NOTIFICATION_MIDDLE@". I've updated the documentation.
