[bug #38892] ZFS Support -- Add named property retrieval

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #38892 (project grub):

The feature I'm requesting would allow a user to retrieve the value of a
single property from a single dataset and store it to a variable.  So it's not
a request to understand and handle all of the different types of ZFS
properties.  Instead, it is a request to be able to access the value of a
given property for a specific dataset.
