Details:
The attached patch do the following:
- Make the lsefisystab command display the physical address of the
EFI System Table;
- and pass the EFI System Table to a NetBSD kernel when the
knetbsd command is used.
(It seems that NetBSD/i386 is obey the multiboot spec but NetBSD/amd64 is not.
Unfortunatly I'm running the amd64 port on an EFI machine.)
