Details:

linguas.sh:5 defines:
autogenerated="address@hidden address@hidden address@hidden address@hidden 
address@hidden address@hidden
address@hidden de_CH"

Then :9 executes for each of them:
rm "po/$x.po"

But its :3 rsync command doesn't bring in any such named files.

Suggested fix: Either remove autogenerated and the rm lines, if the files are
never expected to come from translationproject.org again.  Or test if files
exist.
