Follow-up Comment #1:
These entries are returned by os-prober; local grub-mkconfig has no idea what
is inside and treats them as opaque string.
os-prober is not part of grub, so closing it here.
In principle, it may be possible to modify os-prober to conditionally skip
recovery entries based on menu id; this needs to be discussed with os-prober
maintainers.
