Follow-up Comment #4:

Sounds like one of the screens is showing from the second VRAM double-buffered
image. Correctly solving this requires dual-screen support and especially
parsing VESA dual-screen info. Not sure if at all possible and if so it will
be a lot of code changes. Postponing to after 2.02.
