There are some additional generators in the contrib/ directory
of GSL cvs. See http://sourceware.org/gsl/devel.html
I recently received a mail from Olivier Teytaud address@hidden
with some Halton generators which you can find at
http://www.network-theory.co.uk/download/gsl/qr.tgz
If you can test these out and report any problems that would be
useful.
