Follow-up Comment #1:

I have updated the relevant *.texi file to correct this issue.   But I am not
familiar with the *.texi file format so it is quite possible that I have not
done this correctly.  

Moreover, since I don't have the tools to build and test the GSL
documentation, I would be most grateful if someone who is able to do this can
check that the changes that I have made are correct.
