Details:
It's a little surprising that there is no support in GSL for the Riemann zeta
functions (and related functions) for complex arguments. This was apparently
discussed back in 2008; web searching found me a thread at
https://www.mail-archive.com/address@hidden/msg02130.html; was anything done
with this?
