[Bug-gslip] Suggested fixes for the web page of gSlip

Hello,

I am a member of the gnu.org French translation team, and also working
on the web page stylesheets with Ineiev. We are essentially trying to
clean them up, as a prerequisite for any future improvement. While
checking the effects that the planned changes would have on pages in the
software/ directory, I noticed that pSlip's index page has expanded
SSIs. This may create problems when the includes are modified (and they
indeed might be in the near future). Moreover, it has HTML errors that
affect page rendering.

I prepared a patch to fix those minor problems. If you agree with the
changes but don't have time to commit the patch to CVS, I will be glad
to do it.
