That's strange. The documents build just fine for me and when I check
that line, there is no brace missing. It looks like the last revision
on that document fixed the missing brace. Try deleting
cache/garstow/archives/gnustandards-2014-05-14.tar.gz and running
make clean build
You might just be pulling in a cached version that doesn't have the
fix.

ps - it's worth mentioning that gnustandards is not an official GNU
package in the standard sense and that I only include it in GSRC as a
convenient means for keeping the latest versions of the documents
installed. But, of course if I'm doing that, it must work, so I
appreciate the bug report.
