bug#33297: Unable to build system, due to failure in raw-initrd

My attempt to update my GuixSD system to commit
b20aef98a01923700f22ba471e4d2bb05765516b on the master branch resulted
in the following failure, while trying to build raw-initrd.  See below
for the raw-initrd build log.
