Yesterday I tried again with "sudo -i guix system reconfigure
/etc/config.scm" and this time the whole process ended succesfully,
building all what was needes (as configured)... and maybe more, but
that's another story

I noticed (sorry I missed to copy stdout) that one of the very first
derivation built this time was '*-python2-2.7.15*'

I'm trying to "guix build gsettings-desktop-schemas" and it seems all is
proceding without issues, including building of python2-2.7.15

I'm now not even sure the error I reported is from
gsettings-desktop-schemas (that does not have python as input) or from
gobject-introspection

Sorry I'm not able to reproduce this bug.
