You misunderstood. :) It's much better to send an explicit email
to the TP coordinators when you wish to receive translation updates,
because sometimes you make a prerelease just to test the code first
and get feedback on that. And maintainers know when strings are in
need of updates -- no need for me to check each and every release.

I've changed that back to notifying just the two maintainers,
Rueben and Sami.
