This particular one is my fault, I think: it's an old GPG key of mine. Not
sure why it would no longer be available though; I don't think I ever
revoked it. Any ideas? I'm very much at the "following HOWTOs and hoping"
stage of GPG use; for publishing I use gnulib's Makefile fragments.
Curious why you chose that version, though; the latest release (which may
well suffer from the same problem?) is 2.10.
