Excuse me but  my computers is behind a firewall (stopping all the port under 1000) and my brother's computer is connected to internet by a proxy (I can use only the port 80 or the port 81).

I have created a web site on my fix IP with a port above 1000 (so that it could be seen on Internet).But my brother can'ty connect to it.
After reflexion, i thought that the only solution is to use a third computer to established the connection so that my brother's computer can communicate with the port 80 and my computer use a port above 1000.
(Right now i have put a web site on the port 1080) 

I wonder if some server can provides me such service under Internet and moreover with a fast connection since we both have T1 connection.
