Httptunnel - back-connect feature

I thought about connecting back from host running hts to host running
htc.
Like ssh -R port:host:port

It would be a nice feauture, because some boxes are behind firewall,
that could help connecting with them.

I.e.
someone behind NAT(10.1.2.3), is running htc, and connects to someone running
hts(1.2.3.4). Then on the box with hts(1.2.3.4), hts opens port, which is
redirected
back to the machine behind NAT(10.1.2.3). (Using proxy)

So I can connect to 1.2.3.4:2222 and I'm redirected to the host behind
NAT (through proxy).
I'm assuming 1.2.3.4 has no access to this proxy.

It's possible to use ssh for this, but sometimes there is no
possibility to use ssh. (I'm testing this right now and it's ok)
And this also makes double-tunnel (SSHinHTTPTUNNELinPROXY)

Maybe it would be possible in next version?
