httptunnel: Patch: Allow the client to chose the destination of the tunnel.

Hi,

I've submitted this patch before (in 2004), but never got any feedback.
The patch adds the ability to chose the destination of the tunnel by the
client. This, of course, must be enabled by the server to work. 

Since no authorization is needed/used for this feature it should be used
in a controlled environment only.
