Hurd TWiki forum - hosting

Greetings,

After some initial discussions with Marcus, I would like to setup and
help administer a TWiki [1] forum for the Hurd project.  I am evaluating
options on where to host a trial implementation, perhaps moving the data
to a more centrally hosted resource if the trial proves successful.
Options I am considering right now are Savannah, some willing Internet
host I can find or perhaps even borrowing a section of an existing
TWiki.

While I am running a TWiki on my machine, my ISP uses DHCP.  If there
are any suggestions, please let me know and I can later summarize what I
find for the list.
