Oh well, ok, here is how it went: With term and, more importantly,
libthreads back into the stable age, I got a booting system. But the system
is not really fully functional. First, runsystem doesn't come up, so all
fall back mechanisms fail. I had to install a /dev/console, and a /bin/sh shell
(bash) (I also added some more translator settings) to get a prompt.
However, I get a lot of EIEIOs. I think I have seen enough lossage for
today :) But if you have an idea where to go next from here, let me know.
BTW, in this version I didn't get the procinfo failures at shutdown.
