When "login" command logins to user, the following message is displayed:
login: chown: /dev/console: Operation not permitted
The happens even when root logins.
Unfortunate side-effect of this is that screen command gives the following
message and doesn't run (when you are not root):
Cannot open your terminal '/dev/console' - please check.
If I chown ogi /dev/console (as root), I (as ogi) can use screen.
